FIS 2008 Abstract Submission Instructions
The following procedures must be adhered to precisely for your abstract. Abstracts MUST be limited to 400 words, including the abstract category, title, references and author details.

Font
The type must be Arial 10-point.

Abstracts MUST be structured as follows to be considered for review
Statement of specific objectives of the study.
Concise description of methods. 
A summary of results obtained.
Conclusions – summary statement of conclusions/key findings 
Clear indication of abstract category in the top right-hand corner.

Title Format
Please adhere to the following title format

EXAMPLE TITLE FORMAT OF ABSTRACT FOR FIS 2008
A. Author1 and A.Delegate2 and A.Student3
Faculty of Medicine, Alexander University, Rome, Italy

Leave one line after the authors’ addresses and underline the name of the presenting author.
Abbreviations must be defined when they first occur and must not be used in the title.

Submission Details
Please submit by email either as a word document or as a PDF attachment to ehewings@bsac.org.uk
Faxed submissions or photocopies will not be accepted.

Submission deadline: Friday 31 October 2008

NOTE: Remember you MUST register for the conference IN ADDITION TO submitting an abstract.
